<p>Four soccer fans were arrested &#111;n Monday evening at the end of Beitar Jerusalem&#39;s match against Hapoel Tel Aviv at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem.</p><p>The police said that the fans threw rocks at the police, injuring two policemen.
